Nancy Hathaway Relationship Counseling
"...learning with and from each other in a safe and friendly setting"
Groups
We learn from each other when we are in a safe supported environment. As we delve into Mindfulness as part of a group, we see ourselves in others. Seeing ourselves in others gives us a chance to go deeper into understanding Mindfulness but more importantly being in a comfortable group offers support for becoming more Mindful. When we become more mindful our relationships also benefit. The focus in group work is to bring Mindfulness into everyday life of Work, Health, Famiy, & Relationship. All of these aspects are often attended to in each workshop.
Continuing Education is offered for most of these groups.

Zen and the Art of Writing
In this workshop, we will read and write about the trajectory of one's spiritual life. Through a series of writing experiments, you will uncover material from early childhood to present that helps you to explore your journey from belief to non-belief or vice-versa. Writing a spiritual autobiography allows you to explore who you once were and who you are now. It is not necessarily a journey that concerns organized religion, but rather an examining of what you truly believe
$45/day
