"...to be present right here, right now is what our children really want."
Mothers
Being Present with Our Children is one of the greatest delights in being a parent. When we are truly present with our children we feel complete, whole, and fully alive. Studying and practicing Mindfulness provides skillful methods to help us be centered in the midst of chaos and open the small ordinary joys of everyday life with children.
One on one sessions, Phone appointments while sitting in your own home, and workshops are offered by Nancy with guidance to help bring more mindulness to mothering.
